About The Event
Ready to get OUTDOORS and start moving? Join Kim with TRU K Active for an energizing outdoor strength & stroller fit class that will leave you feeling confident, connected, and ready to take on the rest of your day! All you need is your Mat, stroller, and water. All fitness levels are welcome. Exercises can be modified to ensure a safe and empowering experience for all Mama's. Rain days may be moved indoors if available, and/ or rescheduled for a later date. All Mama's must have received clearance from their Health Care Practitioner to resume safe exercise. Join us today!!!
Classes will run every Wednesday at 11:00am for 6 weeks in Riverside Park - Meet at Riverside
