Mommy & Me Yoga class
Join our Mommy & Me Yoga program and build community, strength and mobility! This is a 5 week program: May 19th, 26th, June 2nd, 16th, 23rd **vaccination passports not required. Masks are required upon entry, but optional during exercise.**

About the class:
Join our Mommy & Me Yoga program and build community, strength and mobility! Our yoga class is specifically designed for newly postpartum moms and their babes. Our goal is for you to feel safe and confident as you return to exercise by ensuring each class is in accordance to postpartum return-to-exercise guidelines. The program will include a variety of yoga styles including hatha, modified flow and restore & relax classes. Lay your baby on your mat or maybe even have them join you for some moves!
**recommended age: 6 weeks- before crawling (best to have babies that aren't on the move, so whatever age this is for your little one! please send us a message if you have any questions.)
If you are newly postpartum, it is recommended that you consult your doctor to return to physical activity before participating.
About Robyn (yoga instructor):
Robyn is a yoga teacher specializing in flow-style and pre/postnatal yoga. To compliment her BSc in Kinesiology, Robyn pursued her teacher training in yoga. She has a passion for anatomy and physiology and integrates this into her classes with the hope that everyone who attends her classes will leave feeling more in-tune with their body. Robyn is a wife, a mom of an almost one year old and another babe coming this fall.
